Exiles, gather for good news.
We welcome Urbana-Champaign’s exiled Catholics of all ages and backgrounds, spiritual seekers, and the generally curious, including U of I students.
Most days, we’re like the first-century Church, building community as a “Church Without Walls.”
Outside worship hours, for information, emergencies, or care, we invite you to contact our priests:
Father Johannes at johannes.ccie@gmail.com, or
Mother Kelly at revkelly.cce@mail.com or 720-805-4010
We gather for Sunday worship and spiritual growth at various locations to be announced on our Events calendar below.
Mass or Communion services and spiritual care opportunities are available from 2:00-6:00 p.m. on Saturdays at the
Board Room on 2nd floor at the University YMCA, 1001 S Wright St, Champaign, IL
with other opportunities, as specified in the Events calendar below.
Please check the Calendar on Saturday mornings for updates!
If the events calendar isn’t clear, please call 720-805-4010 with your programming questions.
All are welcome.

Mass, Community, & Soup
Join us for Catholic Mass, which begins at 3:30 on the second floor at the University YMCA in Champaign, at 1001 S Wright Street. You may park only in the YELLOW tagged YMCA employee spots behind the building on Saturdays. We start to set up around 2 p.m., and all are welcome to come early to help, for fellowship, or for Reconciliation before Mass. Afterward, we share soup and snacks as we get to know one another. Come and see!

Meet for Book Chat & Fellowship at Caffe Paradiso
Our worship space was rented out for a prior event, so we will meet at 801 S. Lincoln Avenue, Urbana, IL for fellowship. Today we start our book chat about LIFE TOGETHER (Introduction and Chapter One) by Dietrich Bonhoeffer. What a great way to grow in community over coffee, tea, or a favorite café beverage! See you there (even if you haven’t had a chance to read).
